Appointments
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.

Program name: Estáscia Appointment Reminders
Description: Estáscia sends appointment confirmations and reminders to clients who have opted in via the online booking form at estascia.com/book.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity — typically 1–3 messages per appointment (booking confirmation, 24-hour reminder, and 1-hour reminder).
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. All sales are final — no refunds on services rendered.
